Refund and Cancellation Policy


Membership Fee Refund Policy

The Cambridge Tennis Club offers a refund if accident, injury or illness prevents a member from using their membership. Refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 3% for refunds made before the season starts. Refund requests received after May 31st must be accompanied by a doctor's note. For extenuating circumstances, please contact: membership@cambridgetennisclub.ca


All refunds are subject to an administrative fee as follows:

  • 10% - Before May 31st
  • 25% - Before June 30th
  • 50% - Before July 31st
  • 75% - Before August 31st


**No membership refunds are possible after August 30 for any reason.


Junior Summer Camps and Tennis Lessons Refund Policy

While we understand that circumstances can change at the drop of a hat, CTC cannot offer refunds after April 30.

  • No refunds after April 30.
  • There are no refunds given due to bad weather.
  • For extenuating circumstances, it may be possible to swap weeks depending upon space availability and scheduling timelines. Please contact Headcoach@cambridgetennisclub.ca to make your request.
