Refund and Cancellation Policy

Membership Fee Refund Policy

The Cambridge Tennis Club offers a refund if accident, injury or illness prevents a member from using their membership. Refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 3% for refunds made before the season starts. Refund requests received after May 31st must be accompanied by a doctor's note. For extenuating circumstances, please contact membership@cambridgetennisclub.ca


All refunds are subject to an administrative fee as follows:

  • 10% - Before May 31st
  • 25% - Before June 30th
  • 50% - Before July 31st
  • 75% - Before August 31st


No refunds are possible after August 31st for any reason.


Junior Summer Camps Refund Policy

For TennisCamp, weeks can be swapped, as long as the target weeks are not full. For extenuating circumstances please contact headcoach@cambridgetennisclub.ca
